But keep in mind that you can have the same birthdate, but be totally different people.
For example J R R Tolkien and Mel Gibson are both born on January 3rd, but 58 years apart. If you believe in planatary influences, the alignment of the planets are totally different, creating influences that are not the same .
Just because Obama and Hitler have the same astrology is not indicative of anything substantial. Also, upbringing and education, as well as life frustrations play into this as well.
