Interpreting your dreams would be a good start. Lots of people world wide believe in dreams and some people run their lives wholly on the results of dreams they have had the previous night. I myself enjoy dreams, but when I want to dream I can’t. I hate walking up half way thru a dream and then can’t continue it later.
